How often do you set aside time to just take care of yourself (physically and mentally)? Odds are you probably don’t do it often enough which eventually leads you to feel tired, stressed and sometimes completely run down. This is especially true for parents and women. We often neglect ourselves in order to take care of everyone else around us. We make our family’s needs a priority and put ours on hold until we completely run out of steam. We are all guilty of it and find it hard to break out of that cycle. This is why I want to challenge you to make YOURSELF A PRIORITY and commit for the next 30 days.
